Validation of a transcriptomic biomarker of pediatric meningioma outcomes and radiotherapy response

We have developed a test using RNA from meningioma patients’ tumors which can help physicians predict how likely a tumor is to come back after surgery, and whether a patient is likely to benefit from radiation therapy or not. We propose to use data from the CBTN’s unique collection of pediatric meningioma cases to investigate whether or not our test will work as well for pediatric patients as adults.
