The study is to assess and validate the feasibility of a Nanopore based long read sequencing assay to aid in rapid molecular profiling of pediatric brain tumors. The end goal is to perform this assay intraoperatively to provide the neurosurgeon with a molecular diagnosis which may aid in decision making.
