CBTN Workshop

Workshop

Special CBTN Member-Only Event

We are pleased to invite member of the CBTN network to the CBTN In-Person Workshop on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, hosted at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). This interactive, half-day workshop is designed to connect investigators with CBTN’s expanding data, biospecimen, and technology resources and, importantly, to help turn scientific ideas into actionable collaborative projects.

Join colleagues for an interactive, half-day workshop designed to connect investigators with CBTN’s expanding data, biospecimen, and technology resources—and turn scientific ideas into actionable projects. The workshop will feature scientific updates, investigator spotlights, and a practical demonstration of CBTN resources and the evolving PCX/RADIANT ecosystem. Participants will also work in small groups to develop focused scientific concepts, identify relevant cohorts and data needs, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Whether you are already using CBTN resources or interested in exploring how CBTN can support your research, this workshop is an opportunity to learn what is available and forthcoming, engage with colleagues, and help shape the next generation of collaborative CBTN science.

By the end of the session, CBTN members will:

  • Gain a better understanding of available and forthcoming CBTN data, biospecimens, and technology resources.
  • Learn how PCX/RADIANT can support cohort discovery and multimodal research.
  • Develop a concrete scientific concept using CBTN resources.
  • Identify the proposed cohort, data needs, potential collaborators, and next milestone.
  • Determine whether a concept is best positioned to advance as a research project, white paper, grant proposal, working group or Think Tank.
