Alternative splicing in CBTTC data

Aberrant pre-mRNA alternative splicing frequently occurs in cancer cells and is a major contributor to tumorigenesis and metastasis. In this project we will analyze the CBTTC RNA sequencing data to identify cancer-associated changes in pre-mRNA alternative splicing patterns. This will lead to a better understanding of the cancer genomes and transcriptomes, and could reveal novel cancer biomarkers and molecular targets for therapeutic development.
