Bayer NTRK Fusion Project

TRK fusions are rare genetic changes that occur in a wide range of tumors, including pediatric brain tumors. Drugs that specifically block these fusions (TRK inhibitors) have demonstrated remarkable activity, but little is known about the natural history of brain tumors with TRK fusions. Here we will analyze the cohort of patients with TRK fusion tumors from the CBTN, in order to better understand which patients may benefit from TRK inhibition.
