Defining Molecular Neighborhoods for Pediatric HGG

We want to see if we can take NGS and associated data for children with HGG and define a finite series of groupings that reflect the range of variability of genetic data for this diagnosis. If this is possible, we should then be able to determine the recommended treatment for each group identified and use these results to predefine treatment recommendations for future cases.
