Development of CAR-T Cell Therapy for Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid Tumors

Our group will be using ATRT cell lines from the CBTN to perform in vitro and in vivo work testing a CAR-T cell approach that targets a cell surface protein, CLDN-6, that is known to be over-expressed in a subset of ATRTs.
