Discovering new mutations in pediatric neurocancer

Our lab will use a modernized approach to identify the additional histone mutations in pediatric CNS tumours. Having CBTN access allows us to perform analysis on the whole genome sequencing data to validate our claims. Our project fills up the knowledge gap about the effect of histone mutation in tumour progression in pediatric brain cancer.
