ENPP1 inhibition in models of medulloblastoma

We are developing inhibitors of ENPP1 which is the only known checkpoint of innate immunity. Our goal with these samples is to test the effect of ENPP1 inhibitors in an immune organoid based system using medulloblastoma organoids.
