The microbiome has been steadily gaining attention for its relation to human disease and could be one of the hidden factors that leads to childhood brain tumors. This study will leverage the unique and valuable dataset in CBTN to identify microorganism composition and integrate it with clinical and genomics data. Our findings can help identify distinct pathogens characterizing specific brain tumors, which could be valuable for improved understanding of both the cause and potential treatments for these diseases.
