Identification of circulating noncoding RNAs and metabolites in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in medulloblastoma patients

We tried to secure samples from collaborators and other sources but until today, we have not been successful in securing CSF for our research. Out last resource is to contact CBTTC today and we were asked to submit this proposal for evalutaion. Currently we have secured $100’000 to conduct this study but
unfortuantely we can’t start the project with CSF samples.
