Integrative analyses of data as part of the CFDE

As part of the Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) we will be performing comparisons of datasets across Common Fund projects with a goal of enhancing integrative and cloud-based analyses of these data. We will assess whether and to what extent harmonization of metadata fields might help searching across datasets, and whether harmonization of raw data is required to reduce confounding effects in downstream analyses. We will analyze these data with GTEx data to identify expression, isoform, and regulatory differences between tissue-matched datasets
