Systems biology integration of RNA-seq & DNA-seq data will reveal lncRNA regulation of chromatin modifications in pediatric brain tumors, potentially leading to novel biomarkers and treatment strategies.
We will leverage whole-genome and RNA sequencing data to identify novel transcripts arising from alternative splicing, differential exon usage, and transcript length variation. These novel transcripts will then be evaluated against clinical data to assess their potential as predictors of patient survival and clinical outcomes.
