We are investigating non-coding RNA signature of pediatric CNS tumors, namely medulloblastoma and AT/RT, that could help derive better diagnostic and or prognostic markers. Identifying group specific and highly expressed non-coding RNAs will help us better understand the role of non-coding RNAs in medulloblastoma subtypes and AT/RT. Future research will focus on understanding mechanistic role played by the candidate non-coding RNA in embryonal CNS tumor development and progression.
