Posterior Fossa Deep Learning Model Validation

We have developed a model for automatic segmentation and classification of posterior fossa ependymomas and their respective subtypes. We are aiming to use the CHOP cohort as an external validation subset to ensure our model performs well on non-Hopkins datasets/patients.
