Proteomic Analysis of Pediatric Craniopharyngiomas

Pediatric craniopharyngioma is a rare tumor. In order to be able to draw the most robust conclusions from the data, we want to obtain as many samples as possible for analysis. CBTN is the best resource for obtaining high quality samples of rare pediatric brain tumors. Additionally, this study will expand on a prior proteomic analysis of pediatric brain tumors using CBTN samples. We will also draw specimens from the Children’s National Hospital CNS tumor bank and will need to ensure no overlap.
