The evolution of alternative splicing in pediatric brain tumor under therapy

Alternative-splicing (AS) events have recently been identified as a source of neoantigens that are suitable for immunotherapy. We want to identify novel targets for therapeutic development of pediatric brain tumor based on research of AS.
