Universal Pediatric CNS Tumor Genomic Profiling

The overall objective of this study is to estimate the potential impacts of genetic characterization of childhood central nervous system (CNS) tumors on diagnosis and treatment. We will describe the frequency of potentially actionable findings by summarizing the findings of data-sets previously collected for clinical and/or research purposes. These summarized findings will be used to inform models designed to predict the potential clinical and economic impacts of expanding genetic characterization of childhood CNS tumors to broader populations.
