Descriptive “pharmacogenomics analysis” of the CBTTC PBTA cohort

Pharmacogenomics is an emerging field, using an individual’s genotype to predict toxicities and/or response to specific drugs. To date, there has been limited information published in pediatric brain tumor patients. This proposal will directly address this gap in knowledge and help to inform clinical care for future patients.
