Landscape of tumor-infiltrating T cell repertoire of pediatric brain tumors

T-cells are immune cells within the body which can fight disease including cancer. Our project will examine similarities and differences in T-cells between patients and tumor types. This will be important information for the development of new immune therapies for these patients.
