A highly usable and fully comprehensive proteogenomic method leveraging the breadth of genetic variation for oncogenic and//or therapeutic novel protein discovery

Proteogenomics, as a concept, utilizes patient or sample-specific genetic data to streamline the chemical identification of proteins occurring in a real cell or tumor sample. Our software handles certain genetic peculiarities of tumors more accurately than its predecessors. We anticipate that analysis of the CBTTC (+CPTAC) dataset using our method will enable discovery of tumor-associated protein signatures at the genome-scale.
