Alternative Splicing Analysis of pHGG

Pediatric glioblastoma is a recalcitrant cancer with few treatment options. Aberrant alternative splicing is a classic hallmark of many cancer types. We will use RNA-sequencing data from the CBTN pHGG atlas and integrate it with normal samples to identity differential splicing events to enhance our understanding of the cancer and lead to potential molecular target identification for treatment.
