Which Pediatric High-Grade Glioma Patients Respond to Double Alkylator Chemotherapy?

Successful completion of this work would define which pHGG subtypes should be receiving this treatment as standard of care, since this is the only chemotherapy approach that has made a survival difference in this disease, but the trial was conducted before molecular subtypes were understood.
