Assessing Activity of Agents Targeting ALT Cancers in Pediatric Brain Tumor Cell Lines

In speaking with CBTN investigators we learned that CBTN has brain tumor cell lines known to be DNA C circle positive. Those are necessary to determine the potential for drugs active against non-CNS ALT cancer patient-derived models to be active against ALT brain tumors. Because of the availability of the cell lines from CBTN these are the only ALT brain tumor lines we are obtaining for this project at this time.
