Classification of central nervous system tumors based on predicting DNA methylation from digital pathology.

This project seeks to classify central nervous system tumors using a novel deep-learning approach that predicts DNA methylation from H&E slide images. By bridging these two data types, we aim to develop faster diagnostic tools that bypass the need for molecular data. Ultimately, our work could expedite the creation of personalized treatment strategies for patients with CNS tumors.
