Finding genetic and imaging biomarkers of tumour subtype and clinical outcome in childhood brain cancer

This project’s goal is to discover new predictors of brain cancer aggression and response to treatment, that can hopefully be eventually used for clinical diagnosis. It will combine statistics and biologically-aware machine learning models to find predictors from pathology slides as well as genetic data
