Integrative multi-omics analysis reveals dynamic interaction between brain tumors and the immune system

Our study aims to understand the complex interactions between brain tumors and the immune system through the analysis of multi-omics data. By creating a comprehensive map of tumor-immune interactions, we seek to develop new immunotherapy approaches for brain tumors and provide a user-friendly web portal for collaboration among researchers. To achieve our goals, we require genomic raw data from CBTN to build an integrated multi-omics database, enabling advanced analysis and insights into brain tumor-immune interactions.
