The CBTN specimens will allow us to expand our pilot cohort in this exploratory study which will allow us to increase our ability to identify recurrence specific events. Depending on the number of paired samples available, will use the CBTN cohort as a validation cohort, and it will provide a tremendous ability for us to expand the number of samples, thus increase the power of identifying novel transcriptional networks post therapy. Our current cohort is a multi-institutional cohort, from non CBTN centres, specifically the Hospital for Sick Children, Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and Charles II University in Prague (A total of 15 pairs are currently being processed).
