Fusion Analysis in CBTTC RNAseq data

We plan to do analyse the pediatric brain tumor RNAseq data for fusions.We have a small cohort of the same tumors at Weill Cornell and we want to compare both the cohorts.This will really strengthen our findings if we find something we already found in our small cohort.
