In silico neo-antigen detection in high grade pediatric brain tumors utilizing RNA-seq and WGS

Our goal is to identify novel antigens in pediatric high grade brain tumors that can be used for immunotherapy. We will use whole genome sequencing data and RNA-seq data to identify novel antigens with two bioinformatic techniques (one validated and one in production). The results will help to develop new immunotherapy targets and pipelines for the generation of patient-specific immunotherapies.
