Oncolytic virus to potentiate immune-checkpoint blockade in immunologically cold brain tumors

We request frozen tumor specimens from all PNOC-005 subjects that have been identified as enrolled on CBTTC with tissue available. We request these specimens to profile them using single-cell genetic and protein assays. Since these subjects have been treated for MB with MV-NIS therapy, these assays will enable us to determine the interactions between MV-NIS and tumor-infiltrating immune cells, as well as serving as a point of comparison for our mouse studies. To serve as untreated controls, we will also utilize untreated primary MB tissues from patients undergoing surgical resection at UCSF.
