Radiogenomics and survival correlation of MRI based biomarker using deep learning

We are looking for correlating radiological imaging based phenotypes with genotypes and survival anallysis. We have done this with adult gliomas, after having discussion with patient support groups (e.g. Brain Tumour Charity), we thing pediatric gliomas would also benefit from similar studies.
