Our research aims to explore the biology of Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumors (ATRT) at an unprecedented level of detail. We intend to obtain human specimens from the Children’s Brain Tumor Network (CBTN) to generate the first single cell and spatial omics data for this disease. This could provide critical insights into the tumor’s development and potentially uncover new avenues for treatment.
