Validation of tumor splice targets

Pediatric cancer is the leading cause of disease-related death in children, but few drugs are designed specifically for pediatric tumors, especially those highly resistant to treatment. This research aims to identify and validate tumor-specific targets created by abnormal RNA splicing in pediatric brain tumors, paving the way for new, effective therapeutic strategies to improve outcomes for these patients.
