Target identification and modeling of NF1-associated low-grade glioma

Synodos for NF1: This project aims at a comprehensive molecular and functional characterization of NF1-associated low-grade gliomas in children, to identify cooperating pathomechanisms with loss of NF1 and thereby potential new therapeutic vulnerabilities.
