Cluster of One: Cognitive Computing Approach for Precision Medicine in Oncology

We will review an associative memory and “cluster of 1” individualization approach to cognitive computing applicable to both R&D and clinical decision support for actualizing precision medicine in oncology. Herein, we demonstrate our ability to leverage high dimensional data and predict complex biological function and outcomes, ranging from microRNA cooperative networks to imaging diagnostics. I will put this into context for our approach with the CBTTC in unifying clinical, pathology, and –OMICs data for advanced molecular phenotyping.
