Genomic Evaluation of Malignant Pediatric Cortical Tumors

Summary
This research focuses on identifying the genomic alterations and tumor subtypes within a large cohort of well characterized supratentorial malignant pediatric brain tumors. Evaluating the association between genetically determined subtypes and standard clinical factors such as histology, location, metastatic status, and survival will provide comprehensive understanding for clinical impact. Additionally, this research will help prioritize molecular alterations which warrant further study as potential biomarkers.
