The Informatics Infrastructure of the CBTTC: A Web Driven Approach

Summary
The mission, nature and growth of the CBTTC have introduced significant yet exciting challenges for the informatics team. This talk will focus on utilization of modern web technologies to implement connected applications that facilitate the operational, scientific and privacy goals of the consortium. We will look at each component currently in use, spend significant time reviewing new features and data points in the specimen query tool and discuss new technology projects in the pipeline.
