Responsibilities include analysis and computational methodology development of genomic data, both DNA and RNA, from clinical and research cancer samples across a variety of tumor types. Specific projects concentrate on conception and development of diagnostic computational assays based on predictive modeling, including neoepitope prediction, molecular marker and driver discovery, comparison to other tumor types as well as normal tissues, site of origin prediction, outlier detection, clustering and predictive modeling for individual tumors as well cancer cohorts. Duties also include developing and implementing methods, pipelines, and production-level applications.
