Characterizing the Blood-Brain-Barrier in Pediatric Brain Tumors
We aim to determine how restrictive the blood-brain-barrier is in pediatric brain tumors using imaging, and to relate this to its histopathological and molecular characteristics. We hope that this will lead to a better understanding of the status of the blood-brain-barrier in pediatric brain tumors, thus potentially helping to select the best method of drug delivery for different tumors.
