Comparison of Clinical Targeted Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) in FFPE with Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) of Snap Frozen Pediatric Brain Tumors
Comprehensively sequencing the DNA found in tumor samples is crucial for the development of new treatments. Researchers will compare their targeted DNA sequencing strategies with Whole Genome Sequencing data from the Pediatric Brain Tumor Atlas in hopes of developing improved cancer diagnostics.
