Genetic Polymorphisms and Neuro-Cognitive Outcomes in Pediatric Brain Tumor Survivors
Differences in the genetics of same-type tumors can lead to different outcomes for patients, including impacts on the neurological functioning of pediatric cancer survivors. Using the Pediatric Brain Tumor Atlas and individual patient assessments, researchers seek to better understand the effects of such genetic differences and to use that information to inform clinical care decisions.
